- In a preheated pot, pour some water, wash d shredded beef n add to d water, sprinkle some salt n onion, some fresh mashed ginger nd garlic, curry nd thyme nd cover d pot n leave to cook
- When d meat is almost done add all d remaining ingredients together except flour, stir n cover d pot until finally cooked
- In a small bowl, mix flour nd water nd pour into d sauce to serve as thickener, d batter should be moderate not too thick nd not too watery.
- Leave for few minutes, u can add water if necessary nd serve with white rice, Jollof rice, spaghetti, fried rice Chinese rice etc
