  7. Take 1 tsp dried thyme

  9. Take 1 cup vegetable oil

  1. Wash the Gizzards thoroughly and place into your pot
  2. Chop half the onion and add in, then the ginger, garlic and thyme. Then also add some salt and the stock cube and simmer for 5-10 minutes (steam with little water so that it dries up on the Gizzards)
  3. Blend the remaining onion with the peppers
  4. Heat up the vegetable oil and fry the pepper for about 2 minutes
  5. Pour in the cooked Gizzards(with the little stock not more than 2 tablespoons), stir fry for about 3-5minutes and it's ready for serving
  6. Pop some toothpick into each of the Gizzards for easy picking and Serve warm
