  1. Firstly wash your catfish properly with warm water, put it in a large bowl, add boiled water inside the fish then keep it aside
  2. Wash your attaruhu and onion and cut it into small size and keep it aside cut the garlic and Corry leaf and keep all aside
  3. After all these then remove the fish from the warm water and put it inside the colander take your clean pot and put it under the pair add your attaruhu, onion tomato and garlic allow them to cook up to 5mins and then add little amount of water and then cover it,and allow it to boil wen it boiled take your catfish and put it inside the pot add your dry ingredients all together and also the garlic, stair it gently and cover it,allow to cook for about 15mins, and then served.
