- Get 1 cup cream
- Make ready as required Kasuri maithi and coriander for garnishing
- Make ready 1 tbsp tomato ketchup optional
Instructions to make Palak-paneer kofte:
- First boiled and grind the spinach.
- Now prepare kofta..take gram flour in a pan and roast it, add spinach paste to it. add all masala.
- Take paneer, crush it. mash it add masala in it.
- Prepare balls.
- Fry them.
- Now prepare gravy. take a pan, add oil. after that garam masala jeera in it. add onion tomato ginger garlic paste and cashew in it.
- Take it out after 10 minutes..grind it.
- Now this paste add in pan…add masala…keep stirring…
- After 5 minutes,add cream in it…now add kofta to boil them for 5 minutes, turn off the flame add kasuri maithi and green coriander on it…
- Let's serve hot with chapati, puri, Naan, whatever you want.
