- Heat Olive oil in the pan, saute the onion and shallot until give you aroma.. add ginger, chilli flakes, celery stalk and garlic fry for few minute.. add tomato saute for few minute until tomato soft..
- Add the stock of vegetables or chicken.. add the rest vegetable ingredient and the fish..
- Make sure the fish cook each side.. and season well..
- Cook until the fish and veggies tender.. enjoy your meal!!
