- In a pot pour your palm oil and onion then fry, add in crush Scotch bonnet, pepper, onion and garlic paste
- Saute for 2mnt then add seasoning and all your spices keep frying for 5-10mnts, add in cray fish stir then meat stir then add in meat stock and stir
- Add dry fish, stock fish and kpomo cover and allow it to cook for 10mnt then scoop your egusi paste and cover after 5mnts then stir gently
- Add your ugu leaf and spring onion stir and allow it to simmer for 10mnt, serve and enjoy π
