- First cook the Moong Dal well.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add asafoetida Curry leaves Mustard seeds, chillies and cumins in the oil.Let the Mustard seeds crackel well.
- Now add cooked moong dal, turmeric powder, salt, sugar in that.
- Also add 1 Tspn gram flour in that so that it will not become too watery. Mix it well.
- Add water now.
- Let it boil for 5-7 minutes.
