- Take 1 cup Whole Masoor Dal
- Get Salt
- Prepare 1/4 TBS turmeric

- Wash and Pressure cook Dal for one whistle with Tripple water
- Add oil once hot add zeera,garlic,Hing Green chilli.
- Add sliced onion satute until brown.
- Add salt acc to taste as already put in Dal while pressure cooking.turmeric,dhaniya,red chilli powder and garam masala.
- Add chopped tomato satute until mushy and now add dal.
- Cook 10 mins until oil comes on side now add kasoori methi and cook 2 more mins.
