- Boil green tuvar add pinch of soda and pinch of sugar to maintain green colour.
- Make a paste of onion, garlic and tomatoes keep aside ready.
- Heat a pan add oil. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds add hing.
- Add green garlic paste and saute for a minute.
- Add onion paste and saute till get brown in colour.
- Add tomato puree and again saute till oil get separated.
- Add masala and saute for a minute.
- Now add tuvar Dana and 1/2 glass of water and boil it well. Enjoy it with roti and rice.
