The ingredients needed to make Curd rice:
  1. Take 1cup basmati rice
  2. Take 1/4cup curd
  3. Make ready 1/4cup milk
  4. Prepare 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
  5. Prepare 1 tablespoon urad dal
  6. Take 1tablespoon olive oil
  7. Prepare 2 Green chili
  8. Make ready 14-15 curry leaves
  9. Prepare 2 tablespoon pomegranate pearls
  10. Take as taste
Instructions to make Curd rice:
  1. First make the rice as usual you make at home everyday and let it cool down.
  2. In a bowl mix rice, curd, milk, green chilli and salt and mix well.
  3. Now in a pan put oil,urad dal, mustard seeds and cook it for 30 second then mix curry leaves in it and turn off the flame. Now mix your ready masala in the curd rice and keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  4. Now spread pomegranate perls on top of curd rice. Now your curd rice is ready.
