  12. Get 1 tsp chilli sauce
  13. Take 1 tbsp tomato ketchup

  16. Get 2 tsp Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions to make Chilli cheese:
  1. Take a pan and add oil in it. Let it get hot at medium flame. Add cumin seeds in it. Cook it for 1 min and then add ginger garlic paste in it.
  2. Cook it for another two min on low flame by continously stirring it.
  3. Take mortar and pestle set and add freshly washed mint leaves and green chillies in it. Mash it till it converts into smooth paste.
  4. Now add this paste in pan and cook it for 5 min on medium flame. Add diced onion in it and cook it on high flame for 2 min.
  5. Now add bell peppers in it and cook it till it gets little soft on high flame. Continuously stir these veggies to avoid burning.
  6. Take non-stick grill pan and saute fresh chesse cubes on it. Grill it till it turns to golden brown.
  7. Add red chilli powder in vegetables and then add vegetable stock in it. Cook it till gravy gets little bit thick.
  8. Now add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar and chilli sauce in it. Mix it properly and add salt in it. Mix it again.
  9. Finally add cheese cubes in it and cook it for 1 min on low flame. Switch off the gas and garnish it with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  10. Serve it hot. Our yummy tasty healthy chilli chesse is ready.
