- Wash, boil shaki, meat with onions and one cube of seasoning cubes.until tender.
- Wash and dry the prawns in the oven remove the head.

- Dissolve the ogbono in a bowl with the other palm oil and mix well so that the ogbono separates well when it get into the pot.
- Wash and add the dry fish into the pot of okro and grounded yellow pepper allow to boil for 2mins.
- Add the ogbono, add the prawns stir and allow to boil.
- Add the grounded crayfish and oziza leaves and the remaining seasoning cubes and salt to taste
