Steps to make Amaranth curry:
- Wash n cut amaranth keep aside. Take urad dal vadi n moong dal, green chillies n ginger
- 1st take 1tbsp oil in kadai and fry vadis n when they aur golden brown takeout into a bowl. In same kadai add tadka n then onion n saute.add pinch of hing
- Once onions are cooked add crushed garlic n saute then add saag and moong dal then cover n cook.
- Then make a paste of ginger and green chillies n add to kadai.
- Once cooked add fried vadis n mix everything and serve.
