- Cut the chicken boneless into small cubes,marinate with ginger garlic paste,salt,black pepper powder,maida and cornflour mix it well marinate for about 30 minutes! - Take curd in a bowl add red chilli powder,salt and black pepper powder mix it well add red food colour (compltly optional) mix it well and keep aside
- Gravy - take a pan add oil to it saute jeera, curry leaves,green chillies and red chillies,now add the curd mixture and saute for a while till the rawness goes out completly now add the fried chicken pieces to it and mix it well! Serve hot with the garnish of some coriander leaves! Ready
