  5. Wash the beef and stock fish, place the beef in an empty pot
  6. Add seasoning cube salt and water to cover the content
  7. Cook in medium heat for about 25minutes
  8. Add the ground egusi into the stock and cover the pot
  9. Leave it to cook till the egusi absorb
  10. Add the chopped ugu leave stir and cover the pot, leave to simmer for 10 minutes
  11. Serve with Eba
