- Prepare 3 tomatoes roughly chopped
- Take 1 carrot chopped

- In a pot add chopped tomato, onion, carrot, ginger and 2 cups water. Let the vegetables boil for 5-7 min
- Add spinach and boil for another 5 min
- Transfer the mixture to a big vessel So that it can cool down
- Add the mixture to the grinder and blend it.
- In a pot add ghee and bhuna jeera powder. Sieve the blended mix and add to the pot
- Add water to adjust the consistency and add fresh cream, salt and black pepper powder
- Add lemon juice at the end. And its ready. Serve hot
