- Get 1 bowl tightly packed curry leaves
- Get 2 Green chilli

- Make ready 1 tsp urad dhuli dal

Instructions to make Curry Leaves Chutney:
- Heat cooking oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put urad and chana dal and roast till pink.
- Add dry red chilli and saute for 1 minute. Add chopped onion and garlic and saute for another 1 minute. Switch off the flame and let it cool.
- Transfer this seasoning in mixer along with coconut and green chilli and churn for 30 seconds. Add curry leaves and grind to a fine paste. Transfer it in a mixing bowl. Add salt and squeeze lemon juice and mix.
- Serve with idli, dosa or vada.
