  2. Take 2 x potato

Instructions to make Japanese style curry:
  1. Dice onion and cook in pot with some oil until transparent. Add minced garlic.

  3. Add chicken and cooked until seared (until it turns white).
  4. Add water (check packet), potato and carrot
  5. Bring to a boil and simmer for 20-30mins, or until veggies are soft
  6. Break apart curry blocks and dissolve in water until thick.
  7. Grate apple and add on curry to finish.
  8. Serve with rice and tonkatsu sauce if preferred
