- Make ready 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Get 1 cup milk (optional ) i used no milk in mine
- Get 4 cup water

- Take 1 to taste: onion powder, garlic powder, cracked black pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic salt, paprika, and dried oregano (use your favorite seasonings for best results 😉)
- Make ready 1 dried oregano
Instructions to make Spicy potato & spinach soup:
- Microwave potatoes 2 at a time until done let cool then peel off skin
- In a soup pot add oil and onion cook until tender then add flour and butter cook on medium heat until just mixed
- Boil about 4 cups of water add bullion cubes until dissolved pour over onions and flour let simmer on low (if adding milk i would add it now)
- Add seasoning and potatoes , break up potatoes with spoon then add spinach mix well cover and simmer on low for about 10 minutes.
- Can be served as a side or the main dish..
- For extra spicy soup add 1 extra tsp red pepper flakes. .
