- Prepare 1 tbsp ghee
- Take 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Make ready 1 tsp garam masala
- Take 1 tbsp roasted cumin seeds, coriander seeds and 2 dry red chilli make a paste

Steps to make Homemade Palak Paneer:
- Wash palak twice ot thrice with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and a pinch of salt. Keep aside for 3 minutes. Boil palak with turmeric and salt for 3 minutes. Drain the water and keep aside. Cool it in room temperature.
- Blend in a mixer with green chilli, garlic cloves, ginger and few coriander leaves. and make smooth paste. Once it is done. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in kadai. Add 1/2 tsp cumin seeds. Fry for few minutes. Add chopped onion fry till it become light brown in colour. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder. Then add palak puree. Mix…well.
- Add paneer cubes cook on a medium flame for 2 - 3 minutes. Add 1 tbsp ghee and cover it. The ghee flavour will be their in curry.
