The ingredients needed to make Palak Paneer:
  1. Prepare 3 bunch palaak
  2. Make ready 2 onions sliced
  3. Get 3 tomatoes chopped finely
  4. Prepare 1 tbsp dhania powder
  5. Get 2 tsp red chilli powder
  6. Make ready 1/4 tsp haldi powder
  7. Make ready 1 tsp jeera powder
  8. Make ready 1 tsp kitchen king masala
  9. Get 4 black pepper corns
  10. Take 3 Cloves
  11. Get 1 small piece dalchini
  12. Get 1 black cardamom
  13. Take 1 tsp jeera
  14. Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  15. Get 3 tbsp oil
  16. Prepare Salt as per taste
  17. Prepare 200 gms paneer
  18. Make ready 1 tbsp ghee + ghee for frying
Instructions to make Palak Paneer:
  1. Clean and wash the palaak. Chop it finely. Heat a kadai add oil when hot add jeera,laung,black pepper corns, dalchini, black cardamom. Then add the sliced onions fry till golden brown, add ginger garlic paste and stir fry.
  2. Then add haldi powder, dhania powder, jeera powder, red chilli powder and kitchen king masala and stir fry for a few mins add little water if to dry. Then add the tomatoes and cook till the tomatoes are well mashed and mixed with the masala.
  3. Then add the chopped palak and mix well with the masala add salt mix well. Cover and cook till its well incorporated with the masala
  4. Cut the paneer into small or big pieces and shallow fry them till light golden in colour, add the paneer pieces and tbsp ghee to the cooked palak and simmer for 5 to 7 mins. Serve with parathas or rice
