Instructions to make Shrimp and Broad Beans Accompaniment:
  1. Heat a wok. Add gingelly oil.once it's heated (not hot) add the onions and saute. Add salt and tomatoes, reduce flame to medium,close the wok and let cook until tomatoes are mashed and incorporated with onions.
  2. Add ginger garlic paste and saute until cooked. Add in the chilli powders,turmeric and saute until cooked.
  3. Add the shrimps and beans, mix well and close the wok. Reduce flame to minimum and let cook in the heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Open and cook until water, if any, evaporates add Gur and saute for a minute. Serve hot garnished with cilantro leaves.
  5. Enhances the taste of a good sambar, curd, jeera or lime rice.
