  13. Make ready 1 inch fresh ginger root - peeled and chopped
  14. Take 4-6 red bird eye chillis
  15. Make ready 1 stalk lemongrass - finely sliced
  16. Make ready 3 cloves garlic
  17. Prepare 2 tbsp cashews
  18. Get 1 tsp lime juice
  19. Make ready 1 tbsp shrimp paste
  20. Get 3 cups veggie broth or water
  21. Prepare 1 can coconut milk about 1.5 cups and can add some more water if needed
  22. Take 1 lime - cut in wedges
