- Marinate the shrimps with turmeric powder and freshly squeezed lemon juice.
- In a Microwave dish, add sliced onions, sliced tomatoes, chopped garlic and green Chillies.
- Add the bell peppers, curry powder, salt to taste and thoroughly mix everything.
