- In a pan add butter or oil and saute carrot pieces for few minutes and take it aside.
- And then add spinach and saute it for few minutes till it turns softy.
- Keep it aside and let it cool.
- Add this spinach,onions,garlic,cumin powder,salt,pepper to blender and process it by adding some water.
- Take a pan boil water.On other side in a half glass water add ragi flour to it and mix it well.
- Add this ragi flour to the boiling water mix it well.
- When it starts bubbling add palak mixture to it and boil till it gets smooth consistency.
- Take it into serving bowl and add carrot pieces and chilli flakes to it.
