- In a small pan, melt butter with chicken bouillon and add in Ritz Crackers. Once crackers are nicely moistened, top casserole.
- Bake for 20 minutes and then Top with a bit more cheese; just don't cover the crumb mixture entirely.
- Continue baking for 10-15 min; until cheese is melty. Garnish with remaining Green Onions.
- Serve with Sour Cream or by itself & enjoy !
