  1. For the white gravy
  2. Combine all the ingredients with 1cup of water and simmer for about 15 minutes.
  3. Cool and blend to a smooth paste. keep aside.
  4. Boil 3cup of water with salt and cook the spinach leaves in it till tender.
  5. Take Care not to loose colour of the leaves.
  6. Remove from flame and drain to a smooth puree.
  7. Heat the oil and butter in a pan. and the ginger garlic paste and tomatoes puree to it.
  8. Saute for sometimes till the mixtures leaves oil and then add the white gravy.
  9. Spinach puree salt Stir for about 1minute.add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder
  10. Add the paneer cubes dried fenugreek leaves, garam masala,sugar and cream and bring to a boil.
  11. Softness so cook paneer for just about 4-5 minutes.
