- Make ready 1 cup sweet corn kernels
- Take 1/4 cup chopped Cabbage
- Prepare 1 chopped Carrot

- Prepare 1 tbsp corn flour
- Prepare to taste salt
- Get 1 tsp black pepper powder

Instructions to make Sweet Corn Soup:
- First boil the corn kernels
- Chop all the vegetables very fine…use chopper
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add garlic ginger chilli and sauté for a minute
- Then add only onion part and cook for a while
- Add all other vegetables and sauté it on high flame for 3-4mins.
- Add salt and black pepper powder
- In a bowl add 1tbsp corn flour with 3-4tbsp water and mix
- Add 3cups of water to the veggie mix..
- Add boiled corns and corn flour mix….mix well.
- Let it boil for sometime or say around 5-7mins
- It is ready…garnish with green part of spring onion and serve hot.
- While serving you can add vinegar soya sauce etc for better taste
- Add more corn flour if you want thick consistency.
