- After the kurumabu are rehydrated cut into bite sizes. Coat them with katakuriko (not listed) and fry both sides in a generous amount of oil until crispy. Take them out and set aside.
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan and stir fry the steamed vegetables and green pepper. Add the kurumabu and fry until cooked through. Pour in the mixed seasonings and cook until the sauce thickens.
