  18. Make ready as required Some chopped dhania patta

Steps to make Chicken Stew:
  1. Take a mixing bowl, add chicken & all the given ingredients of marination. Mix it well. Keep it in the fridge for 1 hour.
  2. Take a pressure cooker, add oil, heat it.
  3. Add onions, stir fry it until translucent. Add ginger garlic grated, sauté it for a while.
  4. Add green chilli, sauté it for a while.
  5. Add chicken now, stir fry it for a while.
  6. Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until half done.
  7. Add tomatoes & salt, stir it again. Increase the flame, stir fry it for a while.
  8. Mix curd & coconut milk, add in the masala. Stir fry it for a while.
  9. Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid,cook it till oil separates.
  10. Open the lid, increase the flame, add red chilli powder, lemon juice & dhania patta, mix well.
  11. Add lil water now, place the lid, give 4 whistles at high flame.
  12. Switch off the flame, Allow it to depressurise.
  13. Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with slitted green chilli.
  14. Have it with steamed rice.
