Heat oil & butter (the oil is to prevent the butter from burning) add in the garlic first and then onion & chilli and saute it, when it browns add it to the soup and mix and let the soup simmer for 3-5 minutes but be careful don't over thicken it, if it does add Little hot water may be 1/4 cup as needed. Your soup is ready, serve hot. Garnish it with roasted flaxseeds, green onions, chillies, coriander and butter.
