- In a pan heat oil. Add chopped onion. Saute for two minutes. Add ginger-garlic paste. Saute for two minutes.
- Add marinated chicken. Cook for a few minutes. Add coriander powder and gram masala powder. Cook until oil separates.
- Now add water. Cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Add coconut milk. Cook for two minutes on low flame. Then switch the flame off. Serve it with steamed rice.
