Steps to make Vegetable soup:
- Wash ur meat,put in a pot add ur salt, seasonings, scotchbonnet,onion n water. Cook till tender
- Add ur pomo,stock fish n cook for 5min and add ur driedfish
- Wash ur vegetables thoroughly to remove sand n chop
- These r ur ugu,water leaf and oziza leaf
- Add ur oziza leaf n allow to boil for 3min, add ur crayfish,more onion,palm oil n cover for 3 more min.Add ur finely chopped ugu leaf and water leaf.
- Cover n let it cook for 3more min on low heat.Taste for salt n maggi when it's ok to ur taste, Serve with any swallow of ur choice.enjoy
