- Get #200 bunch Ugu leaves
- Get #150 bunch Water leaf
- Prepare Half kg Goat meat
- Take Half a big Stockfish head
- Prepare 6 attarugu
- Take 1 big onions
- Prepare 4 tablespoons ground crayfish
- Make ready 2 tablespoons ground dawadawa
- Get 4 cooking spoons P.oil
- Make ready Spices
- Take 4 seasoning cubes
- Make ready Salt
Steps to make Vegetable Soup:
- Wash and season goat meat very well and put on fire.
- Let meat boil a bit then add washed stockfish and allow both cook till tender. Set aside
- Wash and cut ugu and water leaf separately and set aside
- Pound pepper and pour over Meat. Put Pot back on fire.
- Add in P.oil, crayfish, dawadawa and spices. Mix and allow to cook till there's hardly stock left.
- Add in ugu and mix. Add in water leaf and mix thoroughly so all ingredients incorporates.
- Allow cook for 5mins and put off heat.
- Serve immediately with hot Semovita.
