- Heat oil in a frying pan, add garlic, and fry until fragrant. Add onion, carrot, pork, green pepper, bell peppers, and raisins in that order, and continue stir-frying.
- Add the combined * seasoning ingredients, and bring to a boil. Thicken with dissolved katakuriko in water.
- Enjoy with rice! Bell peppers and raisins are slightly sweet, and go well with curry flavour.
