  1. Wash the dryfish and goat put them in a pot.
  2. Blend the onion, bell pepper and cray fish (Not in a smooth paste)
  3. Add it to the dry fish and goat meat add half cup of water, seasoning salt to taste. And allow it to boil
  4. Slice the vegetables and wash with a lot of water (to remove sand)
  5. Add hot water to the vegetable to allow it to steam for a while. Drain the water out of the vegetables
  6. Add two cooking spoons of palm oil to the meat allow it to boil for two minutes and add the smoked fish. ADD the vegetables.
  7. Allow it to Cook for three minutes. Your vegetable is Ready
