- Wash & chop all vegetables in big pieces,add all in heat pressure cooker,add 1 cup water,close the lid.cookon medium high flame.after 1 vessel off the flame.After 5 minutes add boiled vegetables in blender pot & blend,
- Strain through sieve.Add ghee in a heat pan,add cumin seeds.
- Now add soup mixture in a pan,add salt,& asafoetida,High flame until it comes first boil,reduce flame cook for 5 minutes.
- Add cream,mix well.Serve in a bowl,garnish with black pepper powder & basil leaves.yummy keto soup is ready.
