- When it is boiling add your basmati rice lower the heat and allow to cook, don't allow the rice to be dry before turning it off, leave a bit of sauce.
- In another pan now sauté the remaining onions, cut sausage and meadly of peppers
- Add sautééd vegetables to rice and combine, allow to simmer for 5 minutes, your jambalaya rice is ready!
