- 1 In a pan add ghee once the ghee is heated add star anise, cinnamon, clove, peppercorn and sautee it for a min.
- Then add green chillies, curry leaves,,mint leaves, basil leaves, oregano and sautee it for a min
- Then add corn, capsicum, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,pav bhaji masala, pulav masala, salt and give it a mix and cook it for a min
- Then add the cooked rice give it a mix and garnish it coriander
- Your herbed pulao is ready serve it with curry and raita.
