  2. Prepare Waterleaves
  3. Get 1/2 kg Offals
  4. Prepare cubes seasoning

Instructions to make Vegetable Soup:
  1. Wash the offal's very well. Season and boil in its juice for a few mins. wash stock fish and kpomo and add to it.
  2. While offal's is cooking, wash the leaves very well and slice. drain out water. Blend together tatashe, pepper, and onions.
  3. Fry the ground ingredients in palm oil. add the crayfish. pour in the stock from boiled ingredients. Stir and pour the boiled ingredients. Add maggi cubes and salt.
  4. Let it simmer until stock is almost dry. pour in the leaves and cook for 2 mins.
  5. Soup is ready! serve with pounded yam or semo.
