- Take 2 tbsp. Green chili and Garlic Paste
- Get for Tadka-
- Prepare 2 Oil
- Get 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- Take 1 tsp. Mustard Seeds
- Take few Curry leaves
- Take 1 tsp Green part of Spring onion
- Get Half tsp Hing
- Take Pinch Turmeric Powder
Instructions to make Crispy Spring Onion Bites:
- Take a blow and add Flour and buttermilk/curd and make a smooth batter let it rest for minimum 6-7 hrs
- After 6-7 hrs mix the batter and now add all the masala and And veggies and mix well if require add water to adjust consistency.
- Take a nonstick pan and prepare tadka and add batter and let it cook for 10-15 for one side. Then flip the side and let it cook for 10 minutes.
- After cooked you can cut as per your desire shape and serve with Green Chutney.
