  1. Heat oil in d pot nd add ur onion,ginger/garlic paste nd saute it,followed by ur carrots nd potatoes,corriander nd spices..keep stiring untill everthing is well combined..then add ur blended tomatoes and little water,cover nd allow it to boil.
  2. To ur minced meat,u add ur raw egg,chopped mintleaves,soaked rice,black ppr,scotch bonnet,onion,seasoning nd mix everything.make small round balls nd set aside
  3. Open the pot nd arrange the meatballs gently inside the pot..u lower the heat so that meat can cook well.let it cook for seven minutes nd then turn off the heat nd serve!
