- First peeloff bottlegaurd or lauki.rinse in water.add gramflour and curd.pinch of salt,red pepper and turmeric
- Mix well make a thick fritter mixture no need to add water.just keep thick so fritters could not broken in curry.
- For frying just make oil hot at medium flame for 5 minutes and add small balls type portions into oil.deep fry until golden.
- For curry roast garlic,cumin seeds,ginger,green chilli,onion all together.saute until golden at high flame.add spices and tomatoes.let it cook at medium flame until mixture looks like thick curry.add around 1 glass water and take a nice boil.add lauki fritters and don't over boil now.just mix and turn off.enjoy so yumm lauki kofta curry
