- Prepare For For raita :-
- Take 2 cups fresh curd
- Take 1 onion finely chooped
- Make ready 1 tomato finely chopped
- Make ready 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
- Prepare 1/2+1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
- Make ready 1/4 +1/4tsp Red chilli powder
- Get 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- Prepare 1/4 tsp black salt
Instructions to make Cabbage dry curry and raita:
- In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds, asafoetida when crackles,add grated ginger and green chillies and sauté few seconds.
- Add cabbage, green peas, potato dices, and carrot and mix well. Sprinkle salt and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and mix well. Cook on a medium flame for 1 minute. Now cover with a lid and cook for 15 minutes.
- It will be soft after 15 mins. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix well and sauté for 2 minutes. When the spices are well roasted then add dry mango powder and garam masala and mix. Switch off the flame.
- For Raita: Take curd in a mixing bowl. Mix until they smooth with spoon or whisk.
- Next, add chopped onions and chopped tomatoes and mix well. Now add salt, black salt,1/4 tsp red chilli powder, black pepper powder and 1/2 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder and mix well.
- Transfer the raita into a serving bowl. Sprinkle cumin powder and red chilli powder on top.
- Serve cabbage dry curry with raita and chapati.
