- Prepare 1 cup flax seeds

- Add cumin seeds and roast for a minute more.
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and add curry leaves. Roast them till they become crunchy.
- Add all the above ingredients with garlic cloves, salt and chilli powder and grind them together. Chutney is ready.
- Serve with oil. It is a good, healthy accompaniment with bhakri, chapati or any meal. Can be sprinkled on salad or raita as well.
