- Get leaves Wonder/Ghana

Instructions to make Vegetable Soup:
- Salt leaves and wash thoroughly
- Cut leaves to tiny slices and set aside
- Boil Beaf until soft, strain and put stock aside
- Pour in Palm Oil, Grated tomatoes and scotch bonnet, Fry Gently
- Add seasonings and spices and mashed ginger and then stir
- Pour in beaf and stock and cover to steam. Allow to stay for 2mins.
- Put Ugwu and wonder leaf first and cover for 10mins
- Put remaining leaves, stir and cover for 5minutes.
- Serve singly or with any other meal of choice.
