- Add onions green chillies curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Satea them for few minutes then add all spices and cook for few seconds.
- Then add fish pieces and see that all the fish pieces are well coated with the curry mixture.
- Cook for few minutes and then add tamarind paste.
- Then cook untill the stew comes to boil. Then garnish with fresh coriander leaves and switch off the flame
- Serve with rice. Taste evolves next day of cooking.
