  1. Soak basmati rice for 20mins.
  2. Pressure cook mutton by adding 3glass water and stop it when water remains one glass.
  3. Then take mutton mince and make kababs by adding salt,red chilly,coriander powder n chat masala.keep it aside.
  4. Take a pan add,2 tbsp oil add onions n fry it. Then add onions and fry it until golden brown. Then add curd black pepper and salt snd garlic ginger paste then add chicken to it.
  5. Cook it until chicken chanes it colour then add mutton pieces to it then add left over mutton stock and two glass water.
  6. Then add basmati rice to it. Then cook rice in mutton stock and water.
  7. Then rice is ready to it. Dish out rice and garnish the rice with kababs and eggs and carrots french fries.
