Instructions to make Vegetable Soup:
  1. In a microwave-safe deep bowl take 6 cups of water with all the veggies and salt in it to make Vegetable Stock. Microwave it for 7-10 minutes.
  2. Now strain the veggies in colander and separate the stock.
  3. Take chilli paste, ginger garlic paste and stock. microwave it for 1 minute.
  4. Add cornflour slurry and vegetables to it and microwave it again for 5 minutes. or till it starts rolling boil. Stir in between.
  5. Vegetable Soup is ready to serve.
