- Make ready 50 gm broccoli florets
- Take 1 carrot finely chopped

- Make ready 4 tbsp Cornflour slurry (1tbsp corn flour mixed in 4tbsp water)
- Take 1 teaspoon ghee
- Make ready 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Take 1 teaspoon whole jeera/ cumin seeds

- Separate the broccoli florets and boil in 4 cups of water for about 5 minutes on high flame
- After 5 minutes, switch off the gas and take out the florets from the boiling water. Donot throw the water it will be used as a stock for the soup
- Take a pan and add ghee in it. To it add garlic, and ginger sauté well till the raw smell of garlic goes away. Add jeera.Mix well.
- Now add chopped onions. Mix well till translucent. Now add the chopped tomatoes and mix well
- Now add the broccoli. Mix well and let it cook for about a minute. Now add the broccoli stock and mix well. Let it simmer for 5 minutes
- Now add vinegar. Mix and immediately add the corn flour slurry.Cook on medium flame till the soup thickens or till it is done. Serve hot.
